Under the circumstances...

This is just a note to let you know that this is my journal. I say things here that I might not say out loud to friends or family. I don't expect anyone to respond althought it is nice. I myself don't always have time to read or respond to my friends blogs. If you want to comment on something that you read, please us the Chatter at me? link. I will definitely see that where I might not see it in your blog. I try to do the same for others that have such links. Hugs and kisses to you all. Jen C

I promise I am not a procrastinator. I just don't want to do it right now!

I AM VENTING:

What a way to wake up. My mother is getting a divorce (maybe, and that is something else entirely) and we have put my 3 boys in the same bedroom so as to free up a room for her. This will work because we have another room upstairs to put all of their toys in, and the bedroom will be just for sleeping. However, getting them to sleep and keeping them asleep is another matter. I wake up to hear THUMP, THUMP. And crying. Someone is just steadily crying. Now if something is really wrong, or even if it is only slightly wrong, someone always has to come tell mommy. So why has no one come and gotten me? No clue. I get up and go into their room. Nathan, my baby who is not really a baby at 2, but will always be my baby *G*, is still in a crib. I want him to stay in a crib until he learns to crawl out of it. Which will be pretty soon if my 3 1/2 yr old Justin has anything to say about it. I find Justin in the crib with Nathan and they are both swaying in the bed THUMP, THUMPING it against the wall. Austin, my 5 yr old, is sitting on his bed crying because Justin took his blanket and put it in Nathan's bed! THIS IS NOT EVEN A BLANKET THAT HE USES!!! It sits on the end of his bed and he notices it occasionally. But it is his and if anyone touches it.... It is not even 6:30 yet.
Now I know that this is not that early for most of you, but it is for me. Especially on the weekend. My husband is usually home and will get up with them one of the weekend days to let me sleep. However, he has Guard this weekend and left before 6. To top it all off, I am PMSing real bad and I slept wrong and my back hurts.

There, childish I know, but I feel better. Maybe now I will not yell at the kids.

Friday, March 30

Wow, it has been 3 months and 1 day since my last blog. I have been searching for new graphics for about a week now and have had no luck. I finally realized, (duh!) I don't need new graphics to blog, I just need to type!!!

I have a Trixie moment to share. WooHoo!! My first moment!! I was so excited! I was having computer problems (I know, I know, I am always having computer problems, but I think that that is over) anyway, I was talking with a rep at my manufacturer and as we were hanging up he said "and again, Thank you for calling ..... my name is BOB WHITE." I was like, wait a minute, did you say that your name is Bob White? And he said yes, and I was like that is so neat. Then of course he asked why and I had to stumble throught telling him about Trixie and gang. But I thought that it was so cool. And he thought that it was cool, that I thought it was cool, and I was so red faced and embarassed (for my confused and garbled explanation). HeeHee!! Thank goodness he couldn't see me.

Anyway, I promised Kyrie that I would put that here, so here it is. I am going to start blogging again. I see that so many new people have joined. I can't wait to get to know everyone. It will take a while so behr with me. Yes, I mean behr. If you know what I mean, let me know.

The only major thing that has happened in the last 3 months is my baby, (god, he is 2 now. ::sigh:: they grow so fast) he got pneumonia (sp?). He got over that only to get an ear infection. Sometimes I feel that if it isn't one thing it is another. I have been having some major back pain. About this time last year, I had back pain so bad I could hardly walk, and had to do physical therapy. So when I started hurting again, I decided to go to the Dr. before it got to be that bad. They put me on medication, and that worked for about a week. When I called back again they said that they needed to do an MRI to see if it was a disc problem. It turned out that I have a ruptured disc. I went to see the Neurologist this past Monday, and he asked me all about my pain. Then he asked if I had seen the films of my back and since I had not, he showed me. It turns out that the disc that is ruptured is in the middle of my back and has nothing to do with my pain. My pain is in my lower back. So it appears that the pain is muscular again. Go figure. I could never imagine not having pain with a ruptured disc, but he said that if it wasn't bothering me then to leave it alone. That the disc that is ruptured, he has maybe done 2 surgeries on in his lifetime. Anyway, so it is back to physical therapy, on Monday coming up, for me.

This will probably be a weekly blog for me. Since I don't work, I don't have much happen in my life. That is it for now.
